Welcome, dear friends, at Luci d’Artista/Artist’s Lights, the stunning exhibition of installations and works of art light that, from November to early January, enlivens the Christmas in Turin every year, transforming the city into a stage of lights and chromatic games.
A spectacular event, which combines the contemporary art with the urban landscape and which has become a top event in Christmas holidays for the people in Turin.
The works are signed by famous artists, Italian and foreign: Hein, Buren, Pistoletto, Merz, Casorati, Kosuth, Rehberger, Rebecca Horn.
Eclectic personalities, who draw on their creativity, to give new light to the baroque treasures and to the many urban monuments, making Turin one of the European capitals of lighting.
People in Turin and the tourists appreciate the fact that several of these works are made with simple materials, often recovery, in addiction to the genius of the authors and the originality of their subjects and shapes.
